Shipping policy

Veda Todd operates a solo business where all prints are made to order. They are fulfilled based on demand and printed locally. Veda personally collects, wraps, packs, and sends all orders. There is no pre-existing inventory ready to be shipped out.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped from sunny Mollymook, NSW with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.

Unframed Prints will be carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy post tube via AusPost. Each shipment includes a signature requirement upon delivery. If you are not available to sign, the package will be taken to the nearest post office for pickup.

Delivery times within Australia will vary depending on the location. Generally, parcels will arrive within 3-4 days from the date of dispatch. International orders will vary depending on the location. These time frames are an estimate not a guarantee. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from date of purchase for printing, packing and shipping.  These are all estimates and will depend on your location 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international customers purchasing prints we offer a flat shipping rate of $50 AUD for unframed prints, Artwork will be securely rolled and shipped in a tube, ready for framing at your convenience.

Please be aware that international shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties imposed by customs in the destination country.  The recipient will be responsible for any such charges. In compliance with Australian export regulations, we must declare the exact value of all items. For inquiries regarding taxes, duties, or customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.
